We would like to invite you all to the GES Solidarity Night on Thursday, February 8 at The Grad Club starting at 7:00 pm. Sponsored by PSAC Local 610 and hosted by your friendly Union Steward, Andrew.
Take a break from studying and come out for a relaxed social evening! Free pizza and drinks will be provided! Let’s take this time to come together and catch up with friends. Last year’s event was a great success with a very good turnout and I’m looking forward to doing it again!
This year’s event is extra important since we are in a bargaining year. Soon we will be voting either to ratify a new contract or for a strike mandate. Solidarity Night is not a Union meeting – it’s a casual hangout – but Andrew will have the latest updates for you. Andrew will be there to listen and to address any concerns you have about bargaining, TA contracts, or anything else that’s on your mind.
